Central Location and Easy Access

spacious roomcomfortable bedsshort walkclear instructions
I found the room spacious, especially since I was alone in a room intended for three people. The beds offered good comfort. Restaurants were only a short walk away (convenient for meals). The self-check-in process had clear instructions.
The shower room had some hairs, despite daily cleaning (not the accommodation's fault).
Location
9/10
The hotel is pretty central, it is close to many attractions and a variety of restaurants. I also noted a Tesco within walking distance. It was quite useful for picking up essentials. Most places were easily accessible on foot.
Dining
8/10
While the hotel does not have its own restaurant, several good breakfast options and restaurants are located nearby (literally steps away). This makes it convenient to find a variety of dining choices for both breakfast and other meals.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel uses a self-service model. I did not see staff but they remained contactable. The online check-in and keycafe system worked effectively. Access from the airport is convenient with the tram stopping only 200 meters away.
Rooms
9/10
The room was very clean and the interior well kept. The bathroom seemed brand new, and I appreciated the good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The high ceilings added to the charm of the stay.

Convenient City Stay

functional bathroomthoughtful touchesunmanned operation
The single room was well-appointed, with a functional bathroom in a prime location. I found tea and coffee amenities in the room together with a hairdryer. A television, iron, ironing board and spare heater were available. I appreciated the thoughtful touches. Self check-in was efficient and easy to manage.
I noted the absence of staff at the hotel. This unmanned operation had some drawbacks. Loud noise in the lobby during late hours was disruptive.
